What is Qigong?

Qigong exercises use natural, physical movements , also use coordinated breathing, visualization, and mental concentration, just like Tai Chi.

It also includes standing and sitting meditations, health and energy-building practices. Qigong is also sometimes referred to as "Chinese yoga."
